Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All items are checked to make sure that they meet strict quality requirements prior to shipping. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.  Only items that were damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement if reported within 3 days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Replacement item will be shipped once damaged item is received.
